We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our engineering and production teams, focusing on the design and development of electrical control systems. This role involves electrical design, layout, and programming of ladder logic and servo motion control, as well as participation in design reviews, product development, and documentation processes. The Electrical Engineer will also provide technical support to both our service team and customers.

Reports to: Engineering Manager

Responsibilities:
• Contribute to design reviews and approval processes for new and existing products.
• Collaborate with the control panel production team to ensure timely project completion, including cost analysis of components and coordination with vendors to maintain delivery schedules.
• Develop and maintain service bulletins for field modifications and program updates.
• Participate in new product development from concept to implementation.
• Provide technical support at customer sites, including overseeing new product installations.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BS) or Electrical Engineering Technology (EET), or equivalent experience in electrical controls.
• Strong understanding of AC and DC electrical circuits.
• Experience with SolidWorks or other CAD software for electrical schematic design.
• PLC and servo motion control programming experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, especially when working with suppliers.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in maintenance, production, engineering, and inventory. • Strong technical problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related software.
