Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities:
- Pull and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate forklifts safely to move, load, and unload materials
- Load outbound trucks and offload incoming containers
- Handle and organize long wire and threaded rod materials
- Repackage bulk nails (50 lb boxes) into smaller 1 lb and 5 lb packaging
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Assist with inventory organization and general warehouse duties as needed
- Prior forklift experience (required)
- Comfortable handling long and heavy materials
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Motivated self-starter willing to jump in where needed
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable handling long and heavy materials
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
