Accent Building Materials (ABM) is a leading distributor of construction materials across North America. We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to support our Tomball, TX distribution center. This newly created role is designed to enhance our customer experience and support our evolving sales organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Support: Drive daily sales through inbound and outbound calls and emails with new and existing customers.
- Customer Experience: Deliver best-in-class service with professionalism and clarity.
- Lead Generation: Collaborate with the sales team and GM to identify prospects through outreach, industry tools, and associations.
- Product Knowledge: Learn and maintain a strong understanding of ABM’s product catalog and its applications.
- Order Management: Manage the full sales order process from quote to delivery - including pricing, negotiations, and coordination with Territory Sales Managers.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or business development
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a can-do attitude and growth mindset
- Tech-savvy - proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics GP a plus)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual skills a plus
- Must pass a post-offer background and drug test
